In October 2015 the renovation of this flat in Mount Pleasant, Exeter was undertaken. The property was in quite poor condition and a comprehensive project was carried out that included a new and completely refitted shower room, small porch, new kitchen including replastering, new windows and doors, complete new plumbing and electrical, outdated fireplaces removed, all new carpets, laminate floor to kitchen and shower room areas and new decorations. The latest Dimplex 'Quantum' storage radiator heaters were also installed.
