When purchased, the properties were in poor condition with insufficient or sub-standard facilities. The properties have now been fully renovated with modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. Another example is 27 St Johns Road Exeter that was totally refurbished to provide student accommodation on a shared house basis. Another recent example is a flat in Fox Road, Beacon Heath, Exeter.
