Penn Holdings represents the Personal Equities of Nigel Nicholson.

I trade as Nicholson Properties (UK) and own a number of residential properties in Exeter and the immediate area. 

I also trade as Nicholson & Statton, which is a partnership formed in 1981 that has a similar amount of property, including student houses, let to student groups, plus around 40 lock-up garages in Exeter.
